PRO-Muskingum is a vehicle for community transformation. It began in 1996 when a cross section of of people came together and through a structured process analyzed our county, our strengths, weaknesses, and oportunities. From all this input the group developed our vision... "In 2016, Muskingum County will be a community that is attractive to families and business because it is a place where people work closely together to build a better future."
